Cancellation Policy


All members are reminded that upon confirming attendance they are personally responsible for the correct event registration fees – both for themselves and guests.

Cancellations will not be accepted less than 48 hours prior to the event day.

Please note: outstanding balances for any missed events must be paid for prior to registering for any subsequent event – including guest registration costs.


Annual Membership Dues

PCGA annual membership dues can only be refunded if requested in writing and approved by the Board of Directors prior to the annual general meeting. After this time, memberships cannot be refunded.
